Location:  Downtown Republic Old Bank Building

Services:  The Old Bank Building is getting ready for renovations to restroom updates, new roofing, and signage.  Parking is available next to the building. Kiosk with map and stories. Republic offers dining, shopping and camping.

Miles to Cliffs Shaft Mine Museum Trailhead in Ishpeming:  21 miles

Open to:  Walkers, mountain bikers, bikers (some sections not upgraded so use County Roads as bypass), ORVS, equestrians, snowmobiles (December 1 to March 31)
*Note:  The ORV trail splits at Washington Street in Ishpeming.  ORVs will follow Washington Street to Snowmobile Trail #8 and follow Trail #8 to Negaunee.

Highlights:  Downtown Republic, Tower Lake, lots of natural forest, four Carp River crossings, birds and wildlife viewing, Humboldt Mine overlook
